We have dedicated resources to ensure that employees have the required training, safety equipment and correct tools for ensuring safety including a HSE department to administer, follow-up and improve the HSE system.
Safety Awareness, Goals and Knowledge sharing:
We have constant focus on safety awareness, reporting and knowledge sharing to ensure that we are continually improving our HSE statistics. We have clearly defined safety goals with specified targets which are followed-up regularly and adjusted when necessary.
TECO uses risk assessment and control as a tool to help us identify the potential risks in our operations and defining and implementing necessary controls to ensure that operations are conducted with the utmost safety. Our system contains clearly defined work processes with detailed risk assessments and appropriate controls for all activities.
Cooperation with our clients:
Most importantly we cooperate closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure a streamlined operation and incorporating our client’s own safety routines when these are at a level equal or more stringent than our own.
