JON LORENTZEN NORDGARD
Jon Lorentzen Nordgard is the Group CFO at TECO Maritime Group, bringing extensive experience in maritime finance and strategy. Before joining TECO in 2024, he held CFO and strategy roles at Massterly and Wilh. Wilhelmsen. Jon holds a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from NTNU, with studies at MIT and UC Berkeley

MAGNUS FJELL
Magnus Fjell has taken on the role as our Group Controller at TECO Maritime Group since 2023, bringing with him experience from the maritime industry as Business Controller and interim CFO for TMC Compressors and Nessco Holding. Magnus holds a MSc in Business with a major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School

Celina Enger has been serving as the Group Chief Accountant at TECO Maritime Group since 2025. Bringing over 10 years of accounting experience, Celina contributes extensive expertise in various aspects of accountancy to our team. Celina holds a MSc in Business with a major in Accounting and Business Controle from BI Norwegian Business School

Tore Enger founded TECO Maritime Group in 1994 and has served as its Executive Chairman ever since. With over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, Tore is a driving force behind the company’s growth and innovation. His deep industry network and entrepreneurial vision have positioned TECO as a trusted partner for shipowners worldwide, delivering solutions focused on efficiency, sustainability, and compliance. Tore also leads TECO 2030 as CEO and has held key roles in several maritime and environmental technology ventures
BJØRG EIKELAND
Bjørg Eikeland brings over 20 years of experience from the global shipping industry, with a career spanning roles in maritime law, insurance, and international organizations. Through her work across Norway, the U.S., and key maritime hubs, she has built a strong and trusted network throughout the shipping sector. Her deep industry insight, combined with a solid legal foundation, makes her a valuable contributor to the board’s strategic discussions and stakeholder engagement.
HERMAN MARCUSSEN
Mr. Marcussen has more than 30 years experience in the shipping industry and is presently working with SeaLeague AS, where he is a partner and member of the board. Mr. Marcussen has a wide experience from shipping finance, secondhand and new-building transactions as well as corporate transactions. He has previously been a partner and board member with P.F.Bassoe AS / Pareto for several years. Further-more, Mr. Marcussen has been a board member of Scanship ASA. Mr. Marcussen has a business degree from Oslo Business School / BI.
